Distressed Nails

Chalkboard Nails recently did a video on distressed nail art and I knew I HAD to try them out because they seem so easy! And guess what?! They ARE super easy! :) I promise, anyone can do these!

I began with two coats of ellagee's Lucy in the Sky, a gorgeous silver holo polish with fine silver holo glitter. Once Lucy was dry, I used Zoya Isla and Zoya Raven to create the distressed look. This is so easy to do. You basically wipe the brush on the neck of the bottle until you think you have no polish left. Then, you polish your nail with the nearly dry brush, which creates the distressed look you see below. Enjoy! :)

Pretty pretty pretty! I haven't tried the distressed nails yet, but I think this post might have inspired me to :)

I looked for this on youtube and couldn't find it. So glad to see it here. Even I, challenged though I am, can do this. :)
