Indie Spotlight: Lynx Lacquers Mystery Mix Polish

I have something so crazy cool to show you guys today! I can't believe no one has done this before! Lynx Cosmetics has created Mystery Mix polishes: you receive a polish loaded with glitter. BUT it isn't mixed yet! It's a mystery and you won't know exactly what it's going to look like until you put in the mixing ball and shake it up!

Getting this polish was like receiving a really awesome present! First of all, nail mail is amazing. Second of all, I got to shake it up and see the finished product!

I thought that this would be a complete PAIN to shake up. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't too bad! After a few good smacks on the palm of my hand, the glitter was floating nicely and was easy to shake in a normal fashion.

This polish was easy to apply and came out nice and smooth. The heavier glitters were a little more sparse than the holographic glitter. I didn't fish, so what you see is what I got.  I polished one coat over Zoya Sailor. I love this idea and I'm so impressed with how much fun it was! :) I was also surprised that the polish didn't get mixed up naturally in the mail! If you're looking for a really neat gift for the polish lover, I highly recommend these Mystery Mix polishes! Enjoy! :)

This is the best idea ever! Such a pretty polish as well. Such a pity she doesn't ship outside the US.

Does the glitter stay in suspension after you mix it up?
