If you follow me on , you saw these quite some time ago! I taught Summer School this summer (I know, lucky me!) and each grade level had an animal theme. My grade's theme was pandas! At the end of Summer School, we took the kiddos to the zoo! Therefore, I decided to panda my nails up right nice for the trip! :)
I began with three coats of Nubar Reef Green that a friend of mine, Carole, sent me! :) It's a really cool, frosty, almost lime green color! Once that was dry, I used Essie Mojito Madness and my thin nail art brush to polish on some grassy-looking stripes. Next, I took Zoya Purity and polished a half circle at the tip of my nail. Once I had that polished, I used my large dotting tool to dot on two Zoya Raven ears. I used a medium dotting tool for the eyes and nose. I continued in the eyes with a smaller Purity dot and finally ended with a tiny Raven dot. This sounds complicated but it really wasn't! And the kids just loved these! Enjoy! :)
This is too cute! Pandas are my fave too :)
